Phil has been practicing for over 35 years and specialises in identifying, researching, and evaluating major acquisitions and large development sites for Australian and International developers and investors.

Combines extensive property skills with qualifications in valuation, land economy, and law, achieving a reputation for in depth research, expert knowledge and lateral thinking.

Held senior and partnership roles in Raine & Horne, Gilbert & Kennedy, and Sallmans International and for the past 25 years has been Principal of his own practice currently Richardson & Wrench Sydney.

During 2017 Phil assisted in identifying amalgamating and packaging significant holdings of land for rezoning and future development culminating in over $600M of acquisitions and is currently evaluating and amalgamating large land holdings for future potential in growth corridors.
