For 12 years Geoff was a Director of Savills (previously Raine & Horne Commercial) and for 6 years a Senior Director of CBRE. For the past 15 years, he has been the Principal of his own business, currently Richardson & Wrench Sydney.
He is an experienced negotiator of major complex transactions, purchasing over $600m worth of property on behalf of clients in 2017.

Acquisitions include development sites, englobo land for rezoning, land amalgamations of numerous owners and creating packages of development land.
